Info

Randall & Lobel, 2003

Halichoeres socialis is endemic to the Pelican Keys in Belize, Belize Barrier Reef World Heritage Site

The Social Wrasse is very likely suffering rapid declines due to predation by the invasive Lionfish (Pterois volitans) on both adults and juveniles!
