Husbandry

Greenfield & Randall, 2016

Personal information from Jim Greenfield, 16. August 2017:

Eviota teresae from the Maledives!

Hi Andreas,

this fish was only ID'd in 2016 and I had a photo of it all the time!. I took it way out of its known area in Vilamendhoo, Maldives.
Because it was so far out of area, I submitted it to Dave Greenfield and Luke Tornabene who jointly described the species.

They have now confirmed my ID!

It will go on Fishbase shortly with an amendment to the geographic range.

Best regards

Jim Greenfield
