The body is elongate and narrows at the posterior end.There are three low ridges on the notum or sometimes no ridges. The oral veil has rounded corners. The ground colour of the notum, oral veil and the foot is pale pinkish-white to tan.One or two brown patches can be on the body.The notum and oral veil have a yellowish marginal band with sometimes a fine brown punctations.
Dermatobranchus rodmani is a new Arminidae species and has been described in the year 2011.
All sea slugs genus Dermatobranchus feed on soft corals and sea pens.
