Ich halte diesen Fisch seit 3 Monaten mit einem H. indigo zusammen. Eigentlich wollte ich diesem einen Partner gönnen, aber der H. puella wurde statt dessen geliefert. Da man wohl mittlerweile davon ausgeht, dass es nureine Art in verschiedenen Farbvarianten gibt entschloss ich mich dazu die beiden gemeinsam zu halten. 5 % dieser Fische laichen wohl auch mit Partnern anderer Farbvarianten ab. Stress gab es keinen. Die ersten drei Tage wurde der H. puella mal vom H. indigo weggescheucht, aber das lies schnell nach. Mittlerweile leben diese recht friedlich neben einander. Der H. puella ist richtig verfressen. Nimmt recht gierig Artemia, Mysis, Krill, Sandgarnelen und ganze Stinte. Alles als Frostfutterter. Wie beim H. indigo sollte dieser Fisch stets gut genährt sein, damit er nicht im Becken beheimatete Garnelen oder andere kleine Fische räubert.
