Odontanthias wassi Randall & Heemstra, 2006

Very special thanks for the brilliant photos of Odontanthias wassi to Lemon Tea Yi Kai from Japan.

Odontanthias is a genus of fish in the subfamily Anthiadinae and family Serranidae found in Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Ocean.
Occurs over rocky bottoms in fairly deep water!
This species is known to inhabit depths till 100 Meter.
