Paraflabellina ischitana (Hirano & Thompson, 1990)

The general body color is violet-purple.A very similarly coloured species, Flabellina affinis, has long been confused with Paraflabellina ischitana.

Its feeds on hydrozoun polyps of Eudendrium sp.
