Limacia clavigera (O. F. Müller, 1776)

Limacia clavigera is white in colour with yellow-orange .This species has been recorded from clean shallow sublittoral areas , feeding upon a variety of encrusting bryozoans, including Callopora dumerili , Cryptosula pallasiana , Electra pilosa , Membranipora membranacea , Porella concinna , Schizoporella unicornis and Umbonula littoralis .

Its usual food is the encrusting bryozoan Electra pilosa.
