Characters: Colonies are hemispherical with small, widely spaced corallites raised on mounds that may be of different shapes. Calices average one millimetre diameter. Septa are in two irregular cycles. Coenosteum papillae are short and blunt.
Colour: Brown with pale corallites.
Habitat: Shallow reef environments.
