Astropecten sumbawanus Döderlein, 1917

Astropecten sumbawanus, the comb sea star, is a sea star of the family Astropectinidae.

Feeds mainly on small bivalves, gastropods, scaphopods and small crustaceans. Astropecten sumbawanus is also scavenges dead animals.
