Ricinella rubusidaeus (Röding, 1798)
Ricinella rubusidaeus, commonly known as the strawberry drupe, is a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails.
The yellow and lavender aperture make the shell easy to identify. As is the case with many of its relatives, the shell is usually encrusted, but when visible is orange in colour.
This species is a predator.
